The quoted price covers the performer's time for the agreed duration, all coordination and logistics handled by our team, and a signed contract outlining everything. Travel may be included for certain bookings — it'll be spelled out clearly in your quote.

Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit at booking to hold your date and performer, with the remaining balance due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the event.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit/debit card. Payment details are included in your booking confirmation.

We recommend at least 1–2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend events and peak Vegas dates. That said, we handle last-minute bookings regularly — reach out and we'll tell you what's possible.

Our standard response time is under 24 hours. Most inquiries get a reply same day. If you're on a tight timeline, say so in your request and we'll prioritize it.

Yes — if you have a specific performer in mind, mention them in your booking request and we'll check their availability first. We can't always guarantee a specific performer but we'll do our best.

In the rare event of a cancellation on our end, we will find a replacement performer of equal caliber or issue a full refund. We have a 100% show rate — this is essentially a non-issue, but it's covered in your contract regardless.

No — we book worldwide. We have performers based across the US and regularly coordinate travel for events in New York, Miami, LA, Chicago, and internationally. Vegas is our home base but we go where the gig is.

For out-of-town gigs, travel (flights, hotel) is typically covered by the client and will be itemized in the quote. For nearby events, it's often rolled into the overall rate. Everything is spelled out upfront — no surprise costs.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate events, Vegas pool parties and nightlife, private parties, film and commercial shoots, brand activations, and custom experiences. If you need an entertainer and we haven't listed your event type — ask anyway.

That depends on what you book. Options include: character appearances, hype/entertainment roles, exotic dance performances, comedy sets, promotional hosting, themed entrances, and more. We'll match you with a performer whose skill set fits your vibe — and discuss the specifics during booking.

Yes. We encourage it. Tell us your theme, your crowd, the energy you want — we'll make sure the performer is briefed and ready. Custom costumes, specific entrances, themed roasts — all on the table. Just communicate it during booking.

Most appearances run 2–4 hours, though we can accommodate shorter or longer depending on the event. Extended bookings are available at an hourly rate. Duration is agreed upon upfront and written into the contract.

Tips are never required but always appreciated directly by the performer. Our pricing covers their professional fee — anything extra is between you and them and goes 100% to the talent.

Yes — always. Every booking comes with a signed agreement that covers the scope of performance, payment terms, cancellation policy, and conduct expectations. This protects you and the performer. We take this seriously.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. Same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. Full terms are in your contract.

Yes. OnlyDwarfs carries general liability coverage. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, let us know during the booking process and we'll provide it.
